This recipe was frecuently prepared by my mother and was one of my favorite breakfast recipes.
FUNCHE CON LECHE DE COCO
2 cups coconut milk 1 cup cornmeal 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 cup brown sugar
Mix all ingredients and cook in Low for 20 minutes or until the cornmeal is cooked. Serve with more cold milk, and with fresh fruit, thinly sliced, for breakfast.
