Rotisserie Basket Chicken Wings
alt.food.barbecue/John D (2000)

My favorite thing is to slap some frozen chicken wings into the basket. Drizzle lightly (both sides) with olive oil. Sprinkle both sides with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, chilli powder, celery salt, celery seed (very lightly) then let her rip.

When wings are done, I put a good sized glug of home made bbq sauce in a Tupperware container, toss in the wings, slap on the lid, shake it all about, take off lid, pour contents on platter - eat then start over again.
