Buffalo Chicken Wings (George Foreman Grill) rec.food.recipes/Vera Ingham (1998)
2 lb. Chicken Wingettes or Drumettes 1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup Frank's Louisiana Red Hot Sauce or to taste 1 Tbsp vinegar 1 tsp Paprika
Prepare grill for cooking. Melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in hot sauce, paprika and vinegar. Add mixture to uncooked chicken wings. Place wings on hot grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Serve with Blue Cheese Dip Serves 3-4 as appetizer. Blue Cheese Dip
1 cup mayonnaise 1 green onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley 2 Tbsp lemon juice 1/2 cup unflavored yogurt or sour cream 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
Combine dip ingredients in bowl. Mix well. Chill. |
