Makes 4 to 6 servings
1 pint ice cream, vanilla or coffee flavored 1 cup Irish Creme Liqueur, chilled 1/2 cup chocolate fudge sauce 2 to 3 tablespoon chopped pecans
In each stemmed glass, add ice cream. Pour chilled liqueur over top of ice cream. Pour fudge sauce over liqueur and sprinkle with pecans. Serve with a spoon. |
