1 cup Eagle Brand condensed milk 1 Cup Irish Whiskey 1/3 Cup Rum 1 Pint half and half -cream(2 cups) 2 Tbsp Chocolate syrup 1 tsp vanilla
Mix slowly in blender. Makes approximately one 'fifth'. Keep refrigerated for no more than 2 weeks!
