Cherry Vinaigrette From The American Institute for Cancer Research
Make a cherry vinaigrette for salads by combining in a blender:
1 cup of fresh, pitted cherries 2 1/2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons of canola oil 1 tablespoon of sugar 1/2 cup cherry juice 2 teaspoons peeled, grated ginger root a dash of salt and pepper
Refrigerate in a jar and shake before serving.
