Company Tuna Bake

1 cup macaroni -- cooked and drained
3 oz cream cheese -- softened
10 oz cream of mushroom soup
6 1/2 oz white tuna in oil -- drained and flaked
1 1/2 tbsp pimiento -- chopped
1 tbsp onion -- chopped
3/4 tsp English mustard
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp butter

Blend softened cream cheese and cream of mushroom soup, using hand beater or electric beater.

Stir in tuna, the pimiento, and the onion.

Put the English mustard in small measuring cup. Gradually blend in milk. Add to the preceding mixture, and then add drained macaroni.

Put mixture in greased 1-1/2 quart ovenproof casserole.

Mix the breadcrumbs and melted butter and sprinkle over top.

Bake in preheated moderate oven at 375 degrees, 20 to 25 minutes.
