Tuna Pate
misc.consumers.frugal-living/GourmetMom (1998)

2 small cans of tuna or 1 large can, drained
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
3 tbsp chili or cocktail sauce (or ketchup)
2 tablespoons parsley (i use dried)
1 tablespoon dried onions
1/4 tsp hot sauce

Using a hand mixer, mix the tuna and cream cheese until well blended. Add other ingredients and mix well. This recipe is best when refrigerated overnight.

This is so delicious served on wheat crackers, you will love it!!!

I always used the Chili Sauce but then switched to cocktail sauce. I never used ketchup but was always told you could.
