Salmon and Noodles
3 cups milk 3 Tablespoons flour 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter 1 teaspoon salt (or less if you want) 1 can sockeye salmon 1 lb. egg noodles
Clean salmon of any bones and set aside. In a saucepan add the milk and flour and whisk until smooth; add butter. After butter melts, add salmon and salt; simmer. In a saucepan boil water and cook noodles until al dente. Rinse noodles, put on plate, and top with salmon sauce. |
