Deviled Ham and Cheese Ball rec.food.cooking/dragonmyst (1997)
8 oz cream cheese 4 oz cream cheese, soft style 4 1/4 oz deviled ham 1 tsp mustard 8 oz cheddar cheese, sharp 2 tsp chives 1/2 cup nuts 2 tbsp Parsley Soften the 8 oz block of cream cheese, then mix in food processor bowl with the soft style cream cheese, ham, mustard, cheddar and chives. Process till smooth. Shape into a ball, chilling before serving, if necessary. Roll in nuts and parsley. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill. Serve with crackers. |
