Just Delicious Dessert

3/4 cup chopped nuts
1 1/3 cup flour
1 1/3 sticks butter, melted
1 (8oz) cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (12oz) cool whipped, divided
2 (3oz) boxes instant lemon pudding
3 cups milk

Mix nuts, flour and melted butter. Press into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool completely.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and 1 cup whipped topping. Chill for 15 minutes. Beat puddings with milk for 2 minutes. Spread cream cheese misture over cooled crust. Spread lemon mixture over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining cool whip.
