Pimento Cheese Spread
rec.food.cooking/Tara Laine Hoffman (2000)
This is the best!!

1 large jar chopped pimentos (mashed)
1 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 large grated onion
Garlic Powder (to taste)
Worcestershire sauce (a dash or two)
Pepper (to taste)
Mayonnaise (a tablespoon or so)

Mix together (with your hands) and spoon into a jar to store in the refrigerator. Set out a while before serving so the spread will be soft.

This is long lasting and will taste better over time.

This is good over crackers, stuffing celery or on finger sandwiches.
