Kiwi Apricot Salsa rec.food.cooking/Katie E Green (1996)
Wonderful with bbq of any kind.
4 apricots 2 kiwifruit 6 cherry tomatoes, seeded/julienned 1/2 bunch green onions, finely chopped (or to taste) 2 pepperocinni, seeded/chopped fine 6 fresh basil leaves 2 tsp sugar juice of 1/2 lime 1/2 cup red wine vinaigrette
Mix just prior to using and store in refrigerator until needed. This is a fresh salsa and should not be stored for more than a day.
