Minestrone Salad From: Pillsbury Pasta Servings : 12
12 oz bow tie pasta (farfalle), uncooked 15 oz red beans, drain and rinse 3 1/2 oz pepperoni, sliced 4 Italian plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped 1/4 cup parsley, fresh, chopped 1/4 cup parmesan, freshly shredded pepper, freshly ground 8 oz Italian dressing (3/4 cup)
Cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool. In large bowl, combine cooked pasta and all remaining ingredients; mix well. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
