Quick Apple Crisp

Serves 6

5 cups sliced fresh apples
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 cup regular oats, uncooked
1 tsp. cinnoman
Dash of salt
1/4 cup butter or margarin

Place apples in an 8-inch square baking dish lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, and salt; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle crumb mixture over fruit. Bake in a 350 F oven for 30 minutes, until fruit is tender and topping is browned.
