Applesauce Cinnamon Bread
From: Hitachi Automatic Home Bakery Cookbook

1/3 cup applesauce
3/4 cup buttermilk
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tsp yeast

Place all ingredients in pan in order listed (Hitachi machine). Adjust as needed for your machine.
