These make the house smell heavenly.

GRANDMA GUERBER'S ICE CREAM MUFFINS

1 pt. softened vanilla ice cream
1 2/3 cup sifted flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

Preheat oven to 425.
Mix ingredients together & fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
