Lemon Iced Ambrosia Bars

1 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
3/4 cup cold butter or margarine
2 cups packed light brown sugar
4 eggs -- beaten
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup finely chopped pecans
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Lemon Icing
2 cups confectioners' sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice, bottled
2 tablespoons butter -- softened

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl combine flour and confectioners' sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Press onto bottom of lightly greased 13x9" baking pan. Bake 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine remaining ingredients except icing; mix well. Spread evenly over baked crust; bake 20-25 min. Cool. Spread with Lemon Icing; chill. Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.

Lemon Icing: Mix icing ingredients together until smooth.
