This is so easy and tastes so good!! Works with grapes too.

Fresh, ripe strawberries,raspberries,blackberries or blueberries, picked over,hulled & rinsed(or a mixture)
Sour cream or plain yogurt(lowfat or fat-free works fine too)
Brown sugar
Pretty goblets or dessert dishes

Cut berries in half if large or slice strawberries if desired. Layer berries and sour cream or yogurt in goblets or dessert dishes sprinkling each layer with a little brown sugar. Eat immediately or chill for later. (If I only have fruit yogurt on hand I omit the brown sugar and just layer the fruit yogurt and berries. Lemon is very good with strawberries)-Micha
