Cookie Dough Brownies

Brownies:
1 box brownie mix, prepared as directed for fudge brownies (not cakelike) in a 9x13 inch pan, cool completely

Filling:
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 cup flour
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Cream buttter and sugars in mixing bowl. Add milk and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour. Add chocolate chips. Spread over brownies; chill until firm.

Glaze:
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp. shortening

Melt chocolate chips and shortening over low heat stirring until smooth. Drizzle over filling.

Store in the refrigerator.
