Apple Cake

For the cake:
3 eggs
1 yellow cake mix
1 can apple pie filling, chopped

For the topping (optional):
1/2 stick margarine or butter, melted
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Mix all ingredients with a fork.

To make the cake: Beat eggs well with an electric mixer. Mix in cake mix and apple pie filling by hand. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Spead cake in pan. Sprinkle topping(if using) evenly over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until knife test is clean. Serve warm with whipped cream, if desired.
