Arizona Quiche alt.creative-cooking/Lady (1997) Serves 8
This is a family favorite with us.
An easy recipe that is impressive for a Sunday brunch. Serve salsa on the side if desired 1 1/2 cups jack cheese, grated 1 cup cheddar cheese, mild, grated 1 4 oz. can canned diced mild green chiles 1 cup half and half 3 eggs, slightly beaten 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon cumin 1 9-inch deep dish pie crust Spread all jack cheese and half cheddar evenly over bottom of partially baked crust. Place diced chilies over cheese. Combine half and half, eggs, salt and cumin and pour in to crust. Top with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake at 325 for 40 min. until firm. Shake gently to test.
