Glazed London Broil Yield: 4 Servings Recipe by: Key Gourmet 1 flank steaks; (up to 2) 1 tb sugar 2 tb soy sauce 1 ts salt 1 tb salad oil 2 ts tenderizer 2 tb sherry or vinegar 1 tb honey or corn syrup 1 ts accent 1 ts garlic powder
Piece steak with fork on both sides. Combine ingredients; pour over steak. Let stand 2 or 3 hours; turn occasionally. Broil or grill, allowing 4 minutes per side. Slice in thin diagonal slices against grain.
