Layered Italian Casserole 1 lb ground beef 1/2 c chopped onion 1 sm clove of garlic 1 cn (8 oz) tomato sauce 2 tb parsley 1/2 ts oregano 8 oz spaghetti; cooked & drained 2 c cottage cheese 8 oz mozzarella cheese; sliced 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef, onion, garlic and drain fat. Stir in tomato sauce, parsley, oregano. In a 8X12-inch shallow pan, layer spaghetti, meat sauce, cottage cheese, mozzarella, and finally top with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. |
