Microwave Turkey Breast Source: Reynolds Consumer Products
1 Reynolds® Oven Bag, large size (14x20-inches) 1 tablespoon flour 1 medium onion, sliced 2 stalks celery, sliced 4 to 8 pound bone-in turkey breast Vegetable oil 1 teaspoon seasoned salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Shake flour in Reynolds Oven Bag; place in 2-inch deep microwave-safe baking dish.
Add vegetables to oven bag. Brush turkey breast with vegetable oil. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Place turkey breast in oven bag on top of vegetables.
Close oven bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2-inch slits in top.
Microwave on medium (50% power) until turkey breast registers 170F on a instant read meat thermometer, 11 to 13 minutes per pound (45 minutes to 1 3/4 hours). Rotate dish 1/4 turn every 15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
