15 MINUTE BAR (from Edith Kolarik)
4 cups oatmeal 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup butter, melted 1 6 ounce package chocolate chips, melted 1/2 cup peanut butter
Mix oatmeal, brown sugar, and butter until well blended. Pat into a large jelly roll pan. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter over hot water. Spread on the crust as soon as you take it out of the oven. May sprinkle some chopped peanuts over the top for garnish. Cool and slice.
