Orange-Spinach Salad Source: National Pork Board Serves 4
6 cups packaged spinach or mixed salad greens (torn into bite-size pieces if desired) 1 (11 ounces) can mandarin oranges, drained 1/4 cup cooked bacon pieces 1/4 cup KRAFT® Ranch or Peppercorn Ranch Dressing
In large bowl, combine spinach or mixed salad greens, mandarin oranges, bacon pieces. Pour KRAFT® Ranch or Peppercorn Ranch Dressing over salad and toss to coat.
