I made this recipe last week and the family loved it. I made 6 jumbo muffins and 1 loaf of bread. I'm not sure whre I got the recipe.

Hawaiian BANANA Bread
(Makes 2 9x5x3 loaves)
Grease and flour loaf pans
Heat over to 350 degrees

3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. nuts
l t. soda
1 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon

3 eggs (slightly beaten)
2 c. bananas (mashed)
8 oz. crushed pineapple (drained)
2 t. vanilla
1 c. veg. oil
dash of lemon juice

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients
and mix folding until blended.
Bake 350 - 50 min to 1 hr
