Hummm!!! How interesting dear Betsy! If in Spain or at

the Caribbean we will promptly put a filet of salt cod to be desalted & would cook this wonderful casserole. Thanks for the recipe! I will try it with Halibut & later with salt cod. Perhaps for tomorrow. Yummie!!!
