Fried Rice Casserole (using onion soup mix)

1 cup raw rice
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 1/4 cup hot water
1 Tbsp. soya sauce
1/4 cup melted butter

Mix all ingredients together and put in a medium casserole. Bake, covered, in 350 F oven for 1 hour.
