Crock Pot Chicken Cordon Bleu rec.food.cooking/Neris (1999)
3 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned 6 small ham slices 6 small Swiss cheese slices 1/4 cup flour 1/4 cup grated cheese 1/2 tsp. sage 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
Cut each breast in half and pound until thin. Place ham slice and cheese slice on each piece of chicken. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Dip chicken rolls into mixture of flour, cheese, sage and pepper. Chill chicken for 1 hour. Place chicken rolls in crock pot. Top with cream of chicken soup. Cook on low 4-6 hours.
