Chili Cheese Log
1 envelope Taco seasoning 16 oz Cream cheese -- softened 3 tbsp Salsa 1/2 c Pecans -- chopped 1/2 c Monterey Jack cheese -- shredded
Combine the taco seasoning and cream cheese with mixer until well blended. Mix in salsa until combined. Shape cheese into a log and press pecans and shredded cheese all over. Chill until firm. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers.
