Baked Macaroni and Cheese Source: "Six Ingredients or Less Pasta & Casseroles" - Carlean Johnson 2 1/2 cups elbow macaroni 2 eggs 2 teaspoons dry mustard 1/8 teaspoon pepper 2 cups half-and-half 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, in large mixing bowl, combine eggs, dry mustard, pepper, and half-and-half. Stir in cheese. Add macaroni and mix well.
Pour into a 2 1/2-quart deep casserole dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350F. for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden and custard is set.
