Beer Cheese Spread
8 ounces mild cheddar cheese -- shredded 8 ounces cream cheese -- softened 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 green onion -- minced 1/4 cup beer -- at room temperature dash cayenne pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix with electric mixer until well blended and fluffy, scraping sides often. Serve with crackers, bread, or veggies.
