DRAMBUIE & BLUE CHEESE DIP
Source:Doreen Randal, Wanganui. New Zealand.

150g blue cheese
150g cream cheese
Drambuie
milk
chopped walnuts
crumbled blue cheese
chopped walnuts.

Mix together 150g blue cheese and 150g cream cheese well then thin with Drambuie or milk.

Stir through some chopped walnuts. Put into serving bowl and top with crumbled blue cheese and chopped walnuts.
