Inside Out Stuffed Peppers

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onions
16 ounces stewed tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1 large green pepper
1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
1/2 cup Water
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

In skillet brown beef and onions; drain off fat. Transfer to a greased two quart casserole. Add tomatoes, garlic, green pepper, rice, water, Worcestershire salt and pepper and mix.

Cover and Bake 350 for 1 hour or until rice is tender. Uncover and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Return to oven and bake 5 minutes more.
