BEER MUFFINS
Makes 8-12 muffins

2 cups bisquick
2 Tablespoons sugar
6 oz beer, room temperature

Mix all ingredients together and knead about 6 times. Drop by Tablespoons into greased muffin pans. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
