FESTIVE VEGETABLE BAKE:
1 lb. pkg. frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) CAMPBELL'S Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp. soy sauce 1 1/3 cups (2.8 oz. can) FRENCH'S French Fried Onions
In 2-qt. microwave-safe casserole, combine vegetables, soup, milk soy sauce and 2/3 cup onions. Microwave on HIGH for 10 to 12 minutes (or bake in 375 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes) until vegetables are hot, stirring occasionally. Top with remaining 2/3 cup onions. Serves 5. |
