Baked Beef Stew
3 lbs. chuck 1 pkg. onion soup mix 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 3 tsp. Minute Tapioca 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Mix everything together. Don't brown the meat. Cover and bake at 300°F for 3-4 hours. Last half hour add mushrooms. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
