This is from my sister's sister-in-law. It is easy, beautiful to look at and very Yummy!

PEACH CHEESECAKE PIE

2 8oz. pkgs. Cream Cheese (not lite)
1/4 c. Sugar
1 Tbs. Milk
1/4 tsp. Vanilla

1 Graham Cracker Crust Shell
2 c. Canned Sliced Peaches
1/4 c. Apricot Jam

Beat the first 4 ingredients until there are no lumps. Pour into the Cracker Crust Shell. Place peaches in single layer on top. Heat apricot jam in the micro for 30 sec. or until liquid. Pour over the peaches. Refrigerate for 2 or more hours before eating.

NOTE: I guess that fresh peaches could be used but have never tried it.
