Kasha Burgers Yield: 4 Servings Source: Recipe by Annice Grinberg 1 c buckwheat groats, (kasha) 2 sm onions, chopped 1/2 lb mushrooms, chopped 1 tb parsley, chopped 3 egg whites 1/2 ts salt 1/4 ts pepper
Cook kashe and cook. Saute onions and mushrooms. Mix all together, Shape into burgers and brown in Pammed skillet or griddle.
