Milky Way Peanut Butter Cookies

Makes 36

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 dozen bite-sized Milky Way bars

Cream together sugar, brown sugar, butter, vanilla, peanut butter and the egg. Add in flour, baking powder and salt.

Wrap 1 heaping teaspoon of dough around a bite-sized Milky Way candy bar.

Bake at 350 degrees for 13-16 min. Let cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
