Fajita Burgers

1 Tbsp olive oil
1 small red onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced

Saute the above vegetables in some oil. Mix with:

1 1/4 pounds ground chicken or turkey
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt

Form into oval patties and grill over hot coals.

Wrap 4 flour tortillas in foil and heat on grill.

Serve in tortillas with guacamole and salsa.
