Beef Sandwich Spread
rec.food.recipes/CMMPDX2 (Monica) (2002)

If you have a meat grinder, use the plate with the smallest holes and grind leftover roast beef. (or leftover pot-roast.) Or process it really, really fine in a food processor, if you're lucky enough to have one. Mix well with enough mayonnaise to moisten, and some dill or sweet pickle relish. Add some Tabasco or mustard for more zing. If the family gets tired of this in cold sandwiches, grill them like grilled cheese sandwiches - nice in winter along with some soup.
