Seven Grain Bread (Bread Machine)

For 1 1/2 lb. loaf

1 1/8 cup warm water
1 1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 tsp. honey
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup brown rice flour
1/4 cup spelt flour
1/4 cup buckwheat flour
1/4 cup rye flour
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/8 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup gluten
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry yeast

For 2 lb. loaf

1 1/2 cup warm water
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp honey
2 Cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup brown rice flour
1/3 cup spelt flour
1/3 cup buckwheat flour
1/3 cup rye flour
1/3 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/3 cup gluten
1 tsp. salt
11/2 tsp. dry yeast

Add all ingredients to bread pan in the order given. Note: If you can't find all these grains: just use more whole wheat or another grain.
