Apricot Almond Bread
Source: PATTI - VDRJ67A
Makes one (1 1/2 lb) loaf

1 1/4 cups buttermilk
1 1/2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon grated lemon peel
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 to 3 tbsp tablespoons vital gluten
3/4 cup oat or wheat flakes
3 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons yeast
1/2 cup dried apricots, diced
1/3 cup almonds, chopped

Add ingredients according to manufacturer's directions. Medium color setting. Add apricots and nuts at the beep.
