Fast Flounder and Clam Chowder Rec.foods.recipes/Jeffrey Weeks (2000) Serves 2-3, double for 5-6
2 large or 4 small flounder fillets, diced 1 can condensed clam chowder 1 soup can milk 1 cup chopped onion 1 can white corn 2 tablespoons butter
Saute onion in butter until translucent. Add diced flounder and cook 5 minutes. Add corn, clam chowder and milk. Simmer for about 15 minutes more (less if precooked flounder is used).
