Coconut Custard Blender Pie rec.food.recipes/Maritab (1997)
2 cups milk 1/3 cup margarine 3/4 cup sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla 4 eggs 1/2 cup flour 1 cup shredded coconut 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in blender container. Blend on HI for 1 minute. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes or until custard is set.
