No Peek Chicken

Servings: 4

1 cup rice -- uncooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup orange juice
1 can mushrooms
1 fryer-size chicken -- cut up
1 pkg onion soup mix

Mix first three ingredients and spread on the bottom of a baking pan.

Place mushrooms on top; arrange chicken parts over mushrooms.

Sprinkle onion soup mix over the chicken. Cover tightly with foil.

Bake at 350F for two hours. The secret to this recipe is DO NOT PEEK!
