Grind equal amounts of whole coffee beans amd black peppercorns in a spice mill to a coarse consistency. Season steaks as you like then pat the mixed coffee/pepper mixture onto the steaks. Grill to desired doneness. You wont taste the coffee/pepper mixtire but it gives the steaks a great flavor!
